Hi Iam abubakar and Iam a safaricom customer but very dissapointed with the customer care service co my wife sent money to the wrong person on the 23 june 2015 at around 8pm we tried calling the customer care desk for almost an hour so that we can get a reversal but it was all in vain we could not go through and that was the end of the money she sent to the wrong guy.
